Adorbs Boards!!

I don't know about y'all but teachers in my district start school in 4 weeks!  Oh my word, I can't believe how fast this summer is passing by...I don't like it one bit; however, I'm always excited to get my class role of kinder-newbies and get things going in my classroom.  With that said, I've been working in my classroom this week getting things ready for our NEAEC Conference which is next Wednesday!  And, Deanna Jump and Shari Sloane are presenting....eeek!  So excited!  :)

Classroom teachers aren't the only ones who have been getting our school ready.  Check out what our wonderfully talented secretary, Ms. Monica, did to the main entry bulletin board at our school!!  #isthisnotthecutestthingyou'veeverseen

This is where class lists will be posted.  Each teacher has their own feather!  Oh my word!  I 'bout died when I saw it!

And, check out the school treasure map of where teacher's classrooms are located!  Each teacher has their picture in a treasure box and the treasure box is where their classroom is located on each hall.
I LOVE!  Yes, we have 26 Kindergarten classrooms all in the same building!  It is wonderful!

Check back to see what my classroom looks like this year!

  5. Adorable! Ms. Monica rocks! I wish our secretary wasn't so curmudgeonly and enjoyed getting in the back to school spirit!

  7. I love how straight away the kids have a little adventure to go on! I am also a kindergarten teacher so I love new ideas. We have about 45 kindergarten classes in our district (I think we are going to have more this yr.) but they are in all different schools. That is a great resource to have everyone all together so you just have to go down the hall to get new ideas or solutions to problems. I am going to keep coming back to you for new ideas! Thanks!

I would *love* to teach in a building with 26 K rooms...I am the only Kdg teacher in my building:( We have 6 teachers in the district, but it is not the same!

  9. 26 Kindergartens in the same building? Wow, that boggles my mind! Do you work in teams or as one big team? I don't think we have that many K5 classes in all of our district. That seems like a lot of transportation to manage over a much bigger area.

  12. In the base game of Battlefield 3, players take on the role of elite Marines troops. Right when you touchdown, the action proceeds at a frenzied pace with no let up in sight. As you traverse through various locations such as New York, Paris, and Tehran, you only have moments of tension-filled respite before your surroundings erupt in fierce warfare.
