ReplyDeleteI just purchased your unit on TPT. I love all of your and Deanna's ideas and hard work! The problem I have is that a portion of the fonts don't show up. Any way you could help me out? Considering the unit was expensive, I would like to be able to use all of it.

ReplyDeleteThanks for buying the unit! Make sure you have a the latest version of Adobe Reader downloaded. If you still can't get it to work, please let me know...of course you should be able to use ALL of it with the fonts showing up correctly. :)

ReplyDeleteThanks for getting back to me so soon. Once again I just love your unit! I think one or two of the chosen fonts aren't showing up. For example, the font on page 48 in 'Rhyming Round-Up' doesn't show up. Instead, I see a black line where the font would otherwise be. I have also checked Adobe Reader and have the latest version. It must be my computer. Maybe I can try downloading the specific fonts used. Thanks again for your quick response. I really appreciate your feedback. :)
Rebecca, You just need to UPDATE your Pdf program. It will fix the problem right up. :) You don't need to have the fonts we used because the pdf program protects the fonts. A few of the pages did that to me and I made part of the unit! Once I updated my pdf program I reprinted it and it worked perfectly. :)
