Oceans of Fun Centers, Baby News, and a Mommy Pic

Whew!  We've had a very busy past couple of weeks learning about oceans plus trying to get ready for the end of the year!!  Only 6 more days to go!!  This won't be a long post as far as me "talking"...I'm tired so I'll just post pics of what's been happening in room 28.  All of these centers you can find in my new Oceans of Fun unit.  It's on sale right now for a limited time.  :)  Please keep in mind that I made these last year so the clipart here is DJ Inkers, BUT, KPM Doodles graphics are in my tpt unit so it's just as adorable!  I didn't remake my game pieces that I already had to save on copies, ink, stickers, and so forth.

Dinosaurs & Ocean

Okay, so I'm way behind on posting the other part of my Dino-Riffic Fun centers...these we did 2 weeks ago and are included in my little DinoFun pack.  Last week and this week we are doing Oceans...one of my faves, I think!  I'm desperately working on the ocean pack and HOPE to have it posted tonight!  And, I will put it on sale for a couple of days since I was behind in getting it posted.  We only have 15 days of KINDER left...I'm so ready for summer even though I will miss my little ones.

This a challenging for a *few*, but they did really good with it for the most part

adding...this was neat

Love that they have to listen for 2 sounds in one picture...it really helps them stretch out the word

My kiddos are getting so good at reading these harder words...

They always LOVE patterns even though they are so good at it...I like to throw them in when I can

And, they love to search the room too for words...anything to get them reading right?

Space centers & a Pumpkin FREEBIE?

Okay, these are WAY overdue, but I wanted to post what was happenin' during our space week...this was before I got sick and never got around to posting it.  

We love our sound tubs from Lakeshore and use them all the time...do you have these?

They are the best for center games.

I used my DJ version since it was made, but a new version is in my unit

Both of these are highly requested so legal versions (non DJ Inkers) are included in my space unit.

Dino Preview & a Freebie!

I'm finally feeling better...thank the LORD and I have just finished my first unit since I was sick...my Dino-Riffic Unit!  Here's a preview...these centers are all prepped and ready to go for my kiddos next week...more pics to come after we work on them all week!  

We finished up our zoo unit this week!  I love this unit so much.  These Zoo Faces were SO easy peasy and turned out sooooo cute!  I totally forgot to get the giraffe.

Finally, I've uploaded a FREE super simple Long Vowel Picture Sort in my store.  All you have to do is download it for FREE and you've got a great morning work activity, sub activity, or an easy prep center activity.

On the Way Back Up...

I am finally starting to feel somewhat normal again!  Praise the good Lord!  :)  The cravings are beginning which I'm totally fine with since I feel like I haven't eaten well in 6 weeks! 

I still haven't forgotten about my post on answering your questions...it's in the works.  For real, like, I haven't done a thing on my computer in about 6 weeks so hopefully this weekend I can get back on track and get some units on and some FREEBIES!!!  I'm still without a camera so I don't have pictures of what's been going on in our classroom, but I have a slide that Jamie Mayas made of the Farm Faces we have been working on this week.  So cute!  :)  You can find all of the patterns, directions, and facts here!
